Watch the video: T:25 ELBOW: Application
T:25 Elbow: two foam buttresses are Velcro under our compression sleeve to apply 25 mmHg of topical pressure to TRAIN the specific muscles that control the baseball pitchers throwing Movement from the elbow to the fingers.
One buttress applies topical pressure to flexor digitorum muscle which creates and controls Movement of the trigger and middle fingers which GRIP the baseball. This muscle also protects the UCL during the throwing Movement. The other buttress applies topical pressure on the extensor muscle.
The flexor and extensor muscles are partners in throwing a baseball and both must be trained to strengthen GRIP, better LOCATION of pitches while reducing pain next day RECOVERY short or long toss.
T:25 Elbow design principals are the same as our T:25 Ankles and T:25 Knees. TG wearables TRAIN the specific muscles that create and control Movement that improve performance and recovery while reducing risk of initial or recurrent injury.
