Description

The Next Generation of Compression

Any competitive athlete or individual desiring to minimize the possibility of knee and/or hamstring injuries should use the T:25 Knee.

WHY?

The key muscles that control the movement of your knees are the medial quads and hamstrings. Those muscles are compromised when pain occurs after injury or surgery.

The patented T:25 Knee compression sleeves have foam buttresses that apply 25 mmHg of topical pressure to both muscle groups in both knees during rehab. Worn as directed, those muscles become activated / trained allowing you to better control dynamic movement during return to sports.

When you activate / train those specific muscles you will experience enhanced movement during competition to run faster and jump higher while reducing risk of knee injury.

If you do not activate / train those specific muscles, a neuromuscular deficit is likely to exist when returning to sport.

Published research on T:25 Knee is available in the research section of our website.

How to wear:

t25-pad-quad
t25-knee-pad-quad
t25-pad-quad-male

SIZE SELECTION:

  1. Select size 1-7 based on circumference of thigh 6 inches above patella.
  2. Select ‘Standard‘ if under 5’10” tall; select ‘Long‘ if 5’10” or taller.

Interestingly, female athletes are at higher risk of ACL injury than male athletes.

On average, female athletes have a 3.5 times greater risk of sustaining a non-contact ACL injury compared to male athletes.

WHY ARE FEMALE ATHLETES MORE AT RISK OF ACL INJURY THAN MALE ATHLETES?

“This gender discrepancy stems from maladaptive neuromuscular recruitment patterns and poor jumping/landing biomechanics that lead to greater risk for ACL tears in women.”  *

IN OTHER WORDS:

Poor biomechanics, disrupted neuromuscular connections, and leg muscle imbalances, all contribute to a higher rate of non-contact ACL injuries in female athletes.
